Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson has become known for many things in his life, but being a dad is sure to be his proudest achievement. With three daughters in total, two of which are ages 7 and 5, he’s certainly got his hands full. In fact, to better show what fatherhood is actually like, Johnson took to social media with the best (and most chaotic) video.

It starts by showing folks what they might imagine when thinking of fatherhood: He sits in a chair while one of his daughters quietly sits on his lap. But then various clips pop up to the beat of some music, and they better encompass what life with kiddos is like far better than the first clip.
In the hilarious montage that follows, we get glimpses of Johnson playing with his daughters. Or rather, we mainly see various clips of them giving him the best transformations, often with the use of makeup.
“I’ve had it with all this wildly inappropriate mistreatment,” Johnson jokingly wrote on TikTok. “I’m reporting this immediately to HR!! Wait… I think I am HR?! Years from now, the last thing these tornadoes will want is to hang out with dad, so for now bring on the ABUSE. I love it!!”
