The competition has narrowed down to the top three competitors—Hannah Harper, Jordan McCullough, and Keyla Richardson. And on May 11th, America will vote for its favorite singer. The live episode will run for two hours and include special performances by some of our favorite stars.

This year’s guest singers include Brad Paisley, Blues Traveler, Cameron Whitcomb, Alicia Keys, En Vogue, Gin Blossoms, Jason Mraz, Lee Ann Womack, Mötley Crüe, Nelly, Shinedown, and Tori Kelly.

Clay Aiken is Heading to American Idol’s Season 24 Finale as a Special Guest!

Season 2’s runner-up Clay Aiken is also revisiting the stage, which has OG American Idol fans screaming. Clay came in a very close second to Ruben Studdard, and a legion of followers still think he was cheated out of a well-deserved win. Ruben was also phenomenal, however. So it really just came down to an impossible choice.

Clay will be performing a duet alongside Braden Rumfelt, who was eliminated during the Top 5 show on May 4th. Just like Clay, fans are still sour about his loss, but they’re thrilled that they get to watch him sing one last time.

“You should have been top 3,” a fan commented on an Instagram post that announced the duet. “But you’ll still have an amazing career!!!”

“Braden, this is amazing!!! This is just the beginning of a great, successful career for U!!!! You needed to be in the top 3!!!!! Praying for you!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” another added.

American Idol’s season 24 finale will air on Monday May, 11th, beginning at 8pm. The winner will be decided and crowned during the episode.
