Butch Carlson’s Family Could Hardly Believe His Courage

ABC News shared Butch Carlson’s story, speaking with his daughter, Mickey McAvoy. She confessed that her dad’s skydiving adventure shocked her.

“I didn’t think he would dare, but he says he’s going to do it, “I can do it, I can do it,” Mickey said.

Mickey probably shouldn’t be surprised by her dad’s love of adventure. For his 104th birthday, Butch and his 99-year-old brother went horseback riding.

Seeing Butch Carlson made so many people happy.

“God Bless Him and Brings him abundance of Joy in everything his hearts desire as he continues to Grow and Cherish his Long Life Every & Every & Every,” someone commented.

Butch isn’t the only person out there living it up. “He would have loved my Grandma. She went when she was 85, 87, & 89. She wanted to go again for her 90th but sadly cancer took her before her birthday. She was fearless too. She really loved it. This is inspiring to see,” a comment reads.

This person had a great outlook on Butch Carlson and his adventurous spirit.

“Honestly, what’s the worst that could happen lol,” they wrote. “Glad he’s living at the edge to celebrate his long life!”
