“You’re Gonna Need A Bigger Boat!” Beachgoers Rally To Save Stranded Shark’s Life.

It’s not unusual to hear stories of people working together to rescue beloved animals like dogs and cats or even wild animals like racoons. Shark rescues, on the other hand, don’t happen everyday.

That’s no doubt, in part, why a great white shark rescue that happened on a Cape Cod beach went viral with 33 million views! It appears that one of the usually terrifying creatures found itself washed up on the beach after a failed attempt to hunt a seagull. Some onlookers remained at a distance, but others began using buckets to splash water onto the helpless great white shark.

Two people kept sloshing water over the beached predator until a small boat was available to drag it back into the ocean. It took a couple of tries, but once it worked, the crowd that had gathered nearby cheered like crazy! Before they knew it, their new shark friend was back in the water, safe, happy, and no doubt very grateful!

Watch the rescue mission below and don’t forget to share.
