This Navy Veteran Knew Exactly What Kind of Tattoo to Get

Kenny paid homage to his Navy service, choosing an anchor and stars. He partnered with Veteran Ink to make this dream come true.

“Kenny is an 84-year-old Navy veteran who finally checked off a lifelong bucket list dream. Today, he gets his very first tattoo. This moment is about more than ink. It is about honoring service, honoring stories, and proving that it is never too late to try something new,” the caption on his video reads.

“Watching Kenny walk into the studio with courage, humor, and a whole lot of heart was unforgettable. Thank you to Veteran Ink and Joey Hamilton for making this come true!”

For his very first tattoo, Kenny chose an anchor and three stars representing his children. The moment he saw the new ink, it was clear just how much he loved it.

“Patriotic Kenny makes my heart swell with joy and pride! How he tackles life with joy and desire to understand. Gah!! What a treasure of a man,” a follower wrote.

“Joey Hamilton did a fantastic job tattooing the legendary fellow! He’s gentle and focused! This is so wholesome. I love it, “another person shared.

Just like most tattoo lovers, as soon as he saw it, Kenny said he was ready for a second tattoo.
