Well, maybe not the whole show, but the daughter of the bride certainly made the moment even more spectacular.
Megan told People she had no idea Ava would become so overwhelmed in the moment.
“She completely caught me off guard,” Megan said. “I always say she is the sweetest part of me, and she really surprised me with all of her little emotions!”
Megan posted the video on Instagram, where it quickly went viral. Seeing sweet little Ava love her mom so much made so many people’s hearts swell.
“How is it possible that little girl is so beautiful when she cries?! What a sweet soul,” someone wrote.
“What a beautiful privilege. As a tiny little girl, I was so angry and couldn’t understand why I wasn’t my mother’s flower girl (born two years after my parents’ wedding). What a lovely, cherished memory you both will have. Blessings and many more years of joy to you and your family,” another person commented.
Megan told People that being the bride and having her daughter close by is something she will never forget.
“I really don’t believe I could ever put into words how special our day was,” Megan recalled. “We had the best time with our family and friends, and having Ava there made everything even more special.”
