That’s why it was so life-changing when an anonymous donor decided to help out the 2022 graduating class of Wiley College in Marshall, Texas. In a news release, it was announced that this generous person was covering a little over $300,000 in student loan debt! But before that news release went out to the public, the students themselves found out at the perfect time – during their graduation ceremony!
“You do not owe the college a penny,” Herman J. Felton, Wiley College president announced. “If you have a balance, you had a balance. You no longer have a balance.”
