Here is something that is very important to know about Hannah’s family: Two of her three sisters recently had a baby. This is even true of Hannah herself. So, when it came time for all four sisters to be in a group photo, it made sense for the babies to be included. Little did the three of them know, however, that their fourth sister had the best surprise ever up her sleeve…

That’s right — the fourth sister is pregnant! Best of all, none of the other women had any idea that was the case until she showed off her ultrasound. What a perfect way to announce a pregnancy! Plus, now she can say that the baby was included in a very special way for the group photo.
