When this creative boyfriend decided to incorporate the kiss cam at an Arizona Diamondbacks game into his proposal, it almost backfired. Curtis Lahti had arranged for a message to appear on screen while he and his partner, Linda, were showcased. Underneath the footage of the couple, the text read “Will you marry me?” Unfortunately, Linda Bazalaki was having so much fun dancing on screen that she didn’t even notice the proposal!
Eventually, Curtis had to point out the text to his girlfriend. Once she saw his proposal written on the kiss cam, her reaction was the best! She started jumping up and down with glee before finally throwing her arms around her new fiancé. At this point, everyone in the crowd was cheering for the couple, which made their engagement even more special.
Before this kiss cam proposal, Linda Bazalaki wasn’t exactly a stranger to the limelight. According to TUKO News, she had won Miss Uganda in 1993 and garnered quite a following promoting African fashion and beauty through her blog. Linda married Curtis Lahti the same year they got engaged. They’re still married to this day, and they prefer to keep their private lives… well, private.
