Witney Carson and her husband, Carson McAllister, are pregnant with their third baby. The Dancing with the Stars pro shared the huge news on August 17, 2026. The mom of sons Leo, 5, and Jet, 3, told People that right now she is doing her best.

“I am just in pure survival mode right now,” she said. “I am constantly trying to eat to keep the nausea at bay. I’m trying to rest as much as I can. I think with two toddlers, it’s very difficult to rest, but my husband has been an absolute champ, and he has allowed me to rest, and he’s very much taking care of all of us.”
Witney Carson Plans to Dance Through Her Pregnancy
Witney Carson told People that being pregnant won’t stop her from dancing, unless she has to.
“So my plan is to, as long as the baby is healthy and as long as I’m doing well, then we will compete again on this season on Dancing with the Stars, which is very exciting because I love being a mom more than anything, and I also love to dance,” she said. “I love both. And so if I can do both, then that’s what I want to do.”
Fans loved hearing that Witney Carson is pregnant and sent sweet messages to the soon to be family of five.
