There’s nothing more comforting than being with loved ones when life gets tough. Will LaGrone, a paramedic from Branson, Mississippi, is used to seeing people after accidents, but everything felt different when his dad became his patient.
His 73-year-old father was recently in a terrible car crash, but due to the hospital’s strict visitation rules during COVID-19, none of his relatives were allowed to see him. It wasn’t until he relocated to a rehab facility in Shreveport, Louisiana, that Will found a way to stand by his side.
Padford EMS Mississippi worked with the hospital so Will could be on the team that was transporting his dad to rehab. His coworkers recorded their reunion, and it’s incredibly moving! After all, the relief and happiness this dad feels when he sees his “baby boy” is impossible to miss.
