Nine years later, Martin’s father was back at Britain’s Got Talent. However, this time he was backstage. He was there to support his son and the new generation of Attraction, called Attraction Juniors.
“I think I can say I learned from the best,” said Martin before starting the group’s performance.
As soon as the stage lights turned off, Martin and the eight other members of Attraction Juniors captivated the audience. Using just their shadows and some graphics, these kids were able to tell a powerful story about bullying, as a way to bring awareness to this timely issue.
The message of their performance was so powerful, that some people in the audience could not hold back their tears.
Judge Simon Cowell was the first one of the four judges to say “yes” and welcomed them to the competition.
“I think what you did was fantastic,” said Simon. “I had a feeling it was going to be special.”
Thank you, Attraction Juniors, for wanting to make a difference in this world using your talent. We can’t wait to see what the future holds for you!
