Hunter and Dylan are identical twin brothers. As you’d imagine, they’re attached at the hip… but Hunter wasn’t dealt the same hand as his brother.
Hunter has Angelman Syndrome, which means he’s lived his whole life without being able to walk or talk. Instead of letting his twin brother live on the sidelines, Dylan is determined to take care of his ailing sibling.
“My mother asked me once, ‘What would happen if your significant other didn’t want to be around a special needs person?’ She would be gone. When it comes down to it Hunter is the number one person in my life.”
