Guy With Boombox Boards Train — The Second He Starts Dancing, Someone Stands Up!

Free spirits truly make life more interesting, whether it’s entertaining a crowd with a hilarious story at a dinner party, creating something unique and beautiful out of everyday objects, or having some fun on what would otherwise be an uneventful train ride.

The enthusiasm of these vivid personalities is often so contagious that people can’t help but join in… which is exactly what happened on a train ride in Perth, Australia, a few years back, thanks to a short motivational speech by one of the commuters.

Known for his train sing-along, social artist Peter Sharp boarded the rail:

“Hey guys, I don’t want money, I just want to spread a little bit of happiness, so I’m going to do that today by starting a small dance party. Okay? Now, I’m doing this because we’re all amazing individuals and we all have a story to tell … If you want to join, you’re more than welcome. If you just want to watch or clap, that’s also equally okay.â€

And with that, he started boogying down to James Brown’s “I Feel Good.”While some people seemed unsure about his little pep talk, as soon as he started dancing, everyone brightened up!

Peter said that he was “blown away by how instantly people started to smile, laugh and get involved.” He continued, “As we arrived at the following stations, people instantly got involved with the fun, there was very little resistance to this experience occurring.â€
