Aside from the fame associated with his football career and the intrigue caused by his announcement to switch sports entirely, Tebow is well-known for his outspoken Christian beliefs. These beliefs are in the headlines again after Tim Tebow prayed over a fan at yesterday’s Mets game.
The man was asking for Tebow’s autograph, when he suddenly fell to the ground and had a seizure. Tebow dropped everything and rushed to his aid.He prayed over the man and as he breathed and awoke, Tebow began talking to him about football to keep him calm. He stayed with him for 20 minutes before paramedics arrived.
