This is why we love dogs! Stella, aka @stellythehusky on TikTok, is getting a lot of attention online for the sweet way she reacts to her owner getting home from work. In an adorable video that’s gotten over 5 million views, the excited dog starts dancing on her back legs as soon as her best friend enters the house. The caption reads, “best part of my day.”
“She is typically very excited when I come home,” Stella’s owner, Kristen, said to Newsweek, adding, “I’m her favorite human – just don’t let her dad know.”
Kristen adopted the 4-year-old husky from a shelter in Pennsylvania. At the time, she was grieving her previous dog.
“I had just lost my pitbull to cancer a few weeks prior and it was so upsetting coming home to a house with no best friend,” she said.
Now, Kristen receives the warmest of welcomes every time she opens the door!
