Singing a cappella well is an incredibly hard skill to master. And to find a quartet of four masters that have perfected the art and who trust each other completely is even harder still!
The featured group, “GQ,”began singing together in the summer of 2011, and instantly they knew they were on the road to something big. The group’s four members are Katie Gillis, Katie Macdonald, Amanda McNutt, and Ali Hauger, each contributing a special and singular quality to their sound.
To keep on the path of being “diverse”, they all agreed to avoid old-school a cappella songs, and so begun their exploration of songs that weren’t necessarily “commonâ€.
Since then, they’ve won competition after competition and are still performing together four years later. And now, thanks to their wonderful voices and the incredible song they’ve chosen, “GQ”‘s musical talents have gone viral!
