It’s pretty common to spot a rabbit or squirrel in the backyard, maybe even the occasional deer. However, this Alaska wildlife photographer must have been pretty surprised to spot a huge moose resting in the shade outside their home! TikTok user MJ shared a video of the creature lounging in the shade and explained in the caption that it was a very hot day. So far, the unusual clip has received over 330K views!
While the moose in MJ’s yard seems pretty chill, the Alaska Department of Fish and Game reminds us that these animals can become aggressive in stressful situations. That’s why it’s always a good idea to keep a respectful distance!
