Though it’s not an often quoted saying, a daddy’s work is never done. For Dwayne “The Rock”Johnson, his fatherly Halloween duties called for him to don a Pikachu costume so his daughter could get a visit from her favorite character.

In a shamelessly cute Instagram post, the former WWE wrestler and acclaimed superstar was captured on film channeling the beloved Pokémon critter while dancing tirelessly for his toddler, Jasmine, who was born last December. According to the caption, Jasmine couldn’t get enough of her dad’s fancy footwork: “Pikachu is baby Jasmine’s FAVORITE character. So, for Halloween we decided the real life Pikachu was gonna come to the house for a visit.”
“What Pikachu didn’t know was that Jazzy would start crying when he stopped dancing and demanded he continue to shake his tail with a loud ‘EH!’. So, Pikachu danced over.. and over.. and over.. and over… and over.. again.â€
At one point, even ‘The Rock’ had to take a quick break. He backed off into a corner to take a breather, took the helmet off his head (that was drenched in sweat) and simply said ‘this is what daddy’s do.’
