Though many have covered the pair’s Golden Globe-winning song in the years since its release in 1999, nobody has been able to outshine Dion and Bocelli’s breathtaking performances of the duet. That said, there is one team that came pretty close… and they were just kids when they pulled it off!

In 2013, teenage singer/songwriter Noelle Maracle and her friend, Ryland Clark – who later became a top finalist in YTV’s “The Next Star” – blew people away with their chilling rendition of the iconic song, which was uploaded to Noelle’s YouTube channel.
As the video starts, the pair steps out together on stage. Noelle opens the duet with her soft, flawless crooning of Dion’s part.

When Ryland joins in with his incredibly mature and smooth tones, their voices blend together beautifully as they effortlessly shift back and forth between the English and Italian lyrics.

Noelle explained that she and Ryland had been practicing together for the better of a year, but even so, they undoubtedly left listeners with goosebumps and one question in their heads: “How?!”

Their amazing performance went on to become the second most-watched video on Noelle’s channel, amassing over 4 million views and 100s of comments praising the duo for producing one of the best covers they’d ever heard.
