When Travis Kelce showed up for the Super Bowl in New Orleans, Taylor Swift was right by his side. Many hoped he and the Kansas City Chiefs would have a fairytale ending to the season and win their third consecutive Super Bowl, becoming the first team in NFL history to do it. A lot of fans also hoped a win would end in a ring for Travis and a ring for Taylor. Alas, it wasn’t in the cards for the Chiefs. The Philadelphia Eagles bested the red and gold in a devastating loss for Kanas City. Travis left Caesars Superdome visibly dejected, and fans wondered how he’d get through the pain. They probably should have known.

Taylor Swift Helped Her Boyfriend Get Through The Super Bowl Loss
Travis Kelce explained during the latest episode of his podcast, New Heights, with brother Jason Kelce, that he listens to sad music when he’s depressed.
“Jason, the only way you can find yourself in the light is to find yourself in the dark first. Right,” he said. “I listen to music that is very telling of my mood.”
Jason said for him, it’s sad country songs. Travis added, “I just listen to Taylor’s music,” Travis said of his girlfriend’s songs. “She has something for everything.”
His brother agreed that Swifties knows, she’s there for all seasons. “That’s fair. That’s a good point. No matter what mood, you can find some Taylor music,” Jason said.
Travis Kelce may have felt heartache over the Super Bowl loss, but it seems Taylor Swift brought his happiness back.
