State Trooper Spots Injured Hawk On Side Of Highway And Rushes To Save The Day.

While on patrol on Route 77, Arizona State Trooper Perrin noticed a hawk struggling to fly on the side of the road. He decided in that moment that he couldn’t leave the majestic bird behind!

He pulled his patrol car over and began coaxing the hawk away from the perilous area. Then the trooper gently scooped the bird into his raincoat and transported it to the Tucson Wildlife Center.

The bird was rescued just in time! Not long after, the Wildlife Center was happy to send Perrin an update: “The hawk is doing well and healing from a broken wing. Once he’s completely rehabilitated he will be released back into the wild.”

We’re giving a huge shoutout to Perrin for his gentle care of this injured animal! Check out the whole rescue in the video below, and share this story to make someone’s day.
