At 92 years old, Megan Elizabeth’s grandpa still has so much wisdom to pass along to his family!
In a recent text to Megan, he asked if she’d like to have a sleepover with him, strawberry ice cream included. Needless to say, she did everything she could to head over to his place, delicious treat in hand, ASAP! Together, they watched movies and talked about life, something they’ve been doing a lot lately as he gets older.
Thanks to their chats, Megan recently learned something so life-changing that she had to share it on TikTok: The importance of not only living in the moment but living with intent. By doing this, her grandpa has lived a life full of moments with loved ones that he still thinks of fondly – and he’s no doubt adding “sleepovers with Megan” to this list of cherished memories.
“You will grow old and only have THESE memories,” Megan said. “Make sure you will look back and smile.”
