The Valley Zoo Development Society shared the cutest clip of this little critter wandering the halls of the Edmonton Valley Zoo. He’s surprisingly fast for an animal with such short legs! In the adorable video, this armadillo embarked on a supervised adventure inside the zoo. A camera followed the creature closely as he scuttled across the floor, eager to investigate the world around him. Understandably, it looks like Scarp did have to stop and collect himself a couple of times. He covered a lot of ground for a little armadillo!
The Valley Zoo Development Society added some hilarious commentary to their footage of the scurrying animal.
“Absolutely zooming,” they wrote over the video, later adding, “Look at him go.”
At one point, Scarp seemed to lose his footing. However, he quickly recovered his balance and continued to scamper along, unphased. This armadillo was clearly on a mission!
Scarp is totally stealing hearts online with his intrepid spirit.
Hundreds of thousands of viewers have watched this armadillo’s adventure on social media. Commenters are falling head-over-heels for the spunky little guy!
