No matter your age, Christmas can be quite a magical time. For many kids, some of this magic comes from their belief in Santa. Adults, on the other hand, can still hold onto the Christmas spirit by making this time of year the best that it can be for the kiddos in their life. I can only imagine that was the thought process behind the Santa in this video sneaking up to surprise two children.
We aren’t given a lot of details on who all is involved in this festive surprise. But in the video, as captured by a Ring camera, we can see two kids on a large couch. They play together, one of them attempting to lift the other with only their legs.
After a few failed attempts, Santa comes into the picture. I imagine that this might be Dad who’s disguised as the Kris Kringle, but whoever they are, they do an amazing job at quietly approaching the house.
Santa Accidentally Scares Unsuspecting Kids
Although we can see Santa from the windows, it seems that the kids are far too distracted with their game. It isn’t until Santa reaches the large glass door that the two of them take notice. At first, this unexpected visit from Father Christmas seems to be a delightful surprise, with one of the kids saying, “It’s Santa Claus!”
Perhaps what happens next is caused by Santa holding up a finger, indicating for them to stay quiet. Or maybe these smart kids realize that it’s not time for Santa to visit quite yet. In any case, this unexpected visit doesn’t seem right, prompting the little girl to stand on the couch and scream out for her mommy.
Meanwhile, Santa continues to place gifts outside. That is until the little girl starts to scream and runs out of the room. Needless to say, at this point, Santa also scurries away.
