Street Dancer’s Mind-Bending Moves Make Judges’ Jaws Drop.

Some contestants on reality talent competitions are good… but every once in awhile, a person comes along that is so incredibly skilled that their performance seems almost superhuman.

That’s exactly the case with Robert Muraine. The 20-year-old Los Angeles native appeared on “So You Think You Can Dance” during the show’s fourth season. His first audition blew all three of the judges away… but even saying that is an understatement. When you see how he moves, you’ll understand.

During the entire audition, judges Nigel Lythgoe, Mary Murphy, and guest judge Mia Michaels couldn’t contain themselves, mixing hysterical laughter with applause and lively cheers.

After he finished with the routine that had so many twists and turns – both figuratively and literally, the most critical judge and the show’s creator, Nigel told Robert, “You are officially my favorite dancer of 2008.”

Watch his incredible – in every sense of the word – performance below and see why one judge joked that he didn’t seem human.

Though Robert eventually left the show on his own terms, he’s continued to dance and hone his unique craft. The now 30-year-old goes by Mr. Fantastic, and for good reason. He is still widely known for his incredible ‘popping’ style of dance.
