12-Yr-Old Kenadie Is A Real-Life “Thumbelina,” Her Story Will Encourage You Deeply.

Kenadie Jourdin-Bromley is a sweet, generous and happy 12-year-old girl from Ontario. She loves to swim, go to school and play hockey. But she’s also the size of a 2-year-old toddler.

The pre-teen was born with an extremely rare disorder called Primordial Dwarfism. It’s a category of disorders with many subtypes – and only 100 people on earth are born with it. While most newborns come into the world weighing an average of 7.5 pounds, Kenadie was only 2.5 pounds with the entire length of her body measuring a mere 11 inches.

That sort of physical condition comes with incredible hurdles and challenges as far as her health, but this little girl has made her life one filled with love.  Today, she weighs the same as a two-year old.

In a touching interview with Barcroft TV, Kenadie’s mother Brianne tells just how strong and sweet Kenadie is and a bit more about how she’s gotten to that place.

When talking about how proud she is of Kenadie, Brianne says, “Everything she does makes me cry. She has definitely proved all those doctors wrong. She has defied all odds. She has overcome so many obstacles.”

Watch below and share Kenadie’s incredible, triumphant story of life!
