Ray Hajir Ahsan of Arizona is off the market, but he’ll still be your wingman! He’s the adventurer behind Wingman Skydive and the guy you want to call if you ever feel like jumping into the Grand Canyon while strapped to someone’s back. According to his Instagram, he’s a pilot, FAA rigger (parachute packer), training instructor, AFFI (free fall instructor), and base instructor. Naturally, his social media is filled with videos of him performing death-defying aerial acts.
So when he felt it was time to propose to his girlfriend, this adrenaline junky was not about to follow any traditional pathways! Instead, he filmed himself doing a tandem jump with her, leaping from the plane while holding the engagement ring between his teeth so she wouldn’t see it. After the parachute opened and they began to drift toward the earth, Ray pulled out the ring and asked her to marry him – while they were still thousands of feet in the air!
