When we have kids, we hope they have just a bit of our passion inside of them. They may not love all the same things we do, but as our children grow up, it’s so much fun to share hobbies with them. Although Prince William spends much of his time working and serving his country, he and Kate Middleton make it a point to spend quality time with their children. You may remember that William took his kids to the Eras Tour last summer, and they even met Taylor Swift. Talk about a cool dad, right? The fun didn’t stop there. Prince William took his son, Prince George, to an Aston Villa soccer game and the pair looked like they were in heaven.

Prince William and Prince George Are Big Soccer Fans
Several photos from the game show the father and son cheering their team on while enjoying the moment together. Prince William and Prince George apparently love to spend their special time together watching soccer. Before the game against the Paris Saint-Germain team, William joked with TNT Sports about having a “guys’ night.”
“Well, I’ve got my son here as well, so I’m on best behavior,” he said.
William said he wanted to do something special with George. “But I thought, it’s been 43 years since anything like this has happened in my generation as a Villa fan, and I want George to experience a night out away from home in a big European competition.” He added, “I think those memories are really important to create and to bring him along tonight is a big deal for me.”
Fans loved hearing Prince William talk about soccer and some hoped to join him and Prince George for a game someday. One wrote on X, “Well I really enjoyed listening to him. I am no Royalist but would love to have a or a Cup of Tea talking football with him! He knows his stuff!”
