When you’re a parent raising little ones, you can expect to celebrate all kinds of exciting moments and milestones. There are the ones you’re more likely to expect, like when they take their first steps or start to talk, but there are plenty of unexpected moments, too. Luckily, Genevieve Traversy caught one of these moments with her little girl on camera.
It started when her little one and her classmates took to the stage for their Thanksgiving performance. While most of them were focused on singing, Genevieve’s kiddo was focused on something else… her Mom! As she explains in the video, at that time, she had recently adopted this little one.
Genevieve couldn’t have been more grateful to have this precious one in her life and, in this moment, it couldn’t have been clearer that her daughter felt the same way. Instead of singing, she kept looking over at her Mom, saying, “My Mommy!” As you can imagine, this is a moment that Genevieve will never forget!
