The kids started the morning by observing their elves holding a razor with a pile of hair. They were a bit stumped by the sight, unsure of who the hair belonged to.
Then Dad came out of the bedroom.
The Elf on the Shelf had shaved a streak in the middle of his head! Uh oh!
The kids took Dad to the bathroom so he could see the sight. The little girl wanted to feel the bald spot her feisty elf had left!
