Malcolm-Jamal Warner’s sudden death shocked his family, friends, and fans. While tributes poured in following his tragic drowning in Costa Rica, his mother and manager, Pamela Warner, stayed quiet. She recently broke her silence with the Malcolm-Jamal Warner Living Legacy Instagram. Pamela posted a beautiful message about her son’s life.

“Needless to say our hearts are heavy with the loss of Malcolm,” she wrote. “He was a kind, loving man with a huge heart for humanity. He wanted all to be aware of their inner strength and that they could succeed, accomplish and transform.”

Pamela Warner went on to call Malcolm-Jamal Warner an “exceptional husband, father, and son. She and his father were “immensely proud of” him.

Pamela Warner Doesn’t Want People To Mourn Malcolm-Jamal Warner’s Death

As a mother, Pamela Warner misses her son terribly but wants the good memories to remain.

“For those of you who are at a loss, pained by the suddenness of his departure, ache for his presence or just to hear his voice one more time, to see his beatific smile one more time, be comforted that he was at peace and more importantly, he did not suffer,” she wrote.

She added a profound statement about his life’s journey.

“Malcolm was birthed through water and transitioned through water,” she wrote. “This was his time. His mission on earth had been completed.”

Pamela Warner encouraged those who loved Malcolm-Jamal Warner to keep her son in their hearts.

“Hold close to whatever part of Malcolm’s life that touched yours,” she concluded. “In keeping it near, you keep his spirit alive-nourishing you with the peace, love, joy, and light that embodied Malcolm-Jamal Warner.”

Fans shared condolences and thanks with Pamela Warner.

“Thank you for sharing the gift of Malcolm with us. Ms. Warner, this was a beautiful tribute for your beautiful son Malcolm,” one wrote. “I have loved Malcolm’s work for decades and I’ll continue to admire his talent and the jewels that he left us. Blessings & love to you.”
