Ozzy Osbourne Reportedly Knew What He Wanted At His Funeral

The source shared that Ozzy Osbourne’s funeral will not be a giant, drawn-out affair. The family has plans to say goodbye.

“They’re very grateful for the special family time they had together before Ozzy passed,” the source said. “They’re planning a small, private funeral that will be a celebration of his life. Ozzy would never want a mope-fest.”

As the family prepares for Ozzy Osbourne’s funeral, they’re paying extra close attention to Sharon Osbourne. An insider told People that she’s taking his death particularly hard.

“Sharon’s heartbroken but very proud of the life the family built together,” they said. “Everyone’s rallying around her. She’s been the rock of this family for decades, and now it’s her turn to be held up.”

Sharon and Ozzy spent more than three decades together, and their kids understand just how much they meant to each other. Ahead of Ozzy Osbourne’s funeral, they’re caring for their mom.

“The kids are making sure she’s never alone — they’ve been with her constantly, sharing stories, laughing through the tears, and just being together,” the source added. “There’s a lot of pain, but also a lot of comfort from the family time that they got to enjoy up until the very end.”
