You’ve probably heard the phrase “opposites attract,” and while we can’t say that we know from personal experience, Hollywood stars Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis, from what we can tell, seem to prove that phrase to be true.
While the gorgeous Wilde definitely has a sharp wit, she is most known for her more dramatic roles, such as those in the TRON movies or the show House.Â

Funnyman Sudeikis, on the other hand, started out his comedic career as a sketch writer and later cast member on Saturday Night Live. (You may also recognize him from movies like We’re the Millers and Horrible Bosses).Â

But while these two may seem like a mismatched pair on paper, in reality, they’re perfect for one another.
Wilde and Sudeikis have been dating since November 2011 and engaged since January 2013. Their son, Otis, was born in April 2014 and their daughter, Daisy, will be 1 year old next month.

And it looks like the roles of Mommy and Daddy are parts both Wilde and Sudeikis are happy to play. In caption posted to Instagram yesterday, Wilde gushed over her “partner in life-crime” with the sweetest birthday message:
