If you’ve ever seen the 1979 film “Alien,” you’ll no doubt remember the scene when the alien pops out of the guy’s stomach while they’re having dinner. (My dad took me to see that movie when I was five years old — he swears he thought it was a kid’s movie – and I had nightmares for I don’t know how long.)

You may know that octopi are creatures of the night. This itty-bitty guy was probably just trying to get some shut-eye before heading out for some nocturnal grub.
