NICU Babies Make Headlines For Donning The Most Clever Halloween Costumes

NICU Halloween

Halloween is just around the corner, which means lots of spooky fun. This time of year is particularly fun for parents who get to dress their kids up in costumes. The staff at Aurora Children’s Health in Wisconsin want to make sure infants in their neonatal intensive care unit don’t miss out on the fun. Aurora Health Care recently launched the NICU Halloween Costume Bash 2025 on social media, and these babies are ready.

“TOO CUTE TO SPOOK! Parents with babies in our neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) across Wisconsin are getting into the Halloween spirit early this year! They’ve dressed our tiniest patients in the cleverest costumes for their first spooky season, and now it’s time to VOTE for your favorite in our annual Aurora Children’s Health NICU Halloween Costume Bash,” a Facebook post reads.

Fans Can Vote For Their Favorite NICU Halloween Costume

We promise that choosing the cutest NICU costume will be very tough. This year’s competition has everything from Wednesday Addams to Happy Gilmore to a lifeguard and a mouse.

Aurora Health makes voting easy.

“To submit your vote(s), simply “LIKE” your favorite photo (you can vote for more than one). The top two photos with the most votes by October 27th at 12 p.m. noon CST will receive a prize,” the post explains.

“Wishing the best of luck to all our sweet babies. To us they are ALL winners! These images are artistic and do not reflect AAP Safe Sleep recommendations. Please follow all safe sleep recommendations with your baby at home,” the organization added.

“All the babies are so cute I can’t pick just one I think they all should win something,” someone commented.

“Beautiful sweet babies, I love ALL of their costumes,” a follower agreed.

We’re with this person. We couldn’t choose just one.

“Voted for all!”
