The Jets partnered with the organization to ensure people living in all the city’s boroughs had warm, healthy dinners. But they didn’t just help by serving the fixings.

Kayvon Thibodeaux gave Food Bank 250 turkeys through his Jream Foundation, which supports youth development. Other team members spread out to multiple locations to chat with those who sat down for Thanksgiving dinner, and Solomon Thomas was able to talk to one little guy who otherwise would have missed out.

A TikTok video of the conversation surfaced on the holiday. It showed Thomas serving up some delicious food to a young mom and her toddler son. Thomas tried to say something to the boy and his mom signed “he can’t hear you.” So Thomas began signing back.
