Listen, we get it. Cooking can be hard, especially around the holidays when we’re all doing too many things at once. There are presents to be bought and wrapped, trees to be decorated, and carols to be sung; all of which can leave little time to make the perfect appetizer.
In the case of Global News anchor Leslie Horton, who attempted to make an artichoke dip for her coworkers, cooking while busy ended in a culinary disaster – and a delightfully hilarious video!
Leslie explained to her co-anchors that she had intended to bring a nice store-bought fruitcake to share with them, but her family insisted that she try making something herself. So she did, and the dip she brought in turned out… interestingly, to say the least.
