This Great Dane loves greeting her neighbor in the morning. However, apparently she doesn’t always feel like making the first move. A dog owner on TikTok recently shared a hilarious clip of her pooch, Designer, trying to get the attention of the man across the street. Although she wagged her tail frantically and beckoned to him with her paw, she refused to walk over to him. Instead, she waited in her mom’s driveway until the neighbor came to her and gave her a handshake.
“Designer didn’t feel like walking across the street,” wrote the pet parent in her video. “So she beg him to come over and give her paw!”
According to the TikToker’s caption, getting a pawshake from her neighbor is part of the Great Dane’s daily routine. She presents him with her paw every morning! Many commenters on the viral video joked that the pooch was right to wait for the man this time instead of running over to him.
“She said I don’t chase, I attract,” wrote one user.
“I know that’s right don’t go to no man,” said another, “Make him come to you.”
