When you’ve been blessed with a teacher as awesome as Ms. Franklin, it can be hard to put your gratitude for everything she has done into words. But sometimes, a simple “thank you” says it all.
Ms. Franklin teaches AP Biology at Winston Churchill High School in Potomac, Maryland. Like many teachers across the country, she has spent the last school year in front of a computer instead of in a classroom.
Online learning struggles aside, Ms. Franklin and her students have really enjoyed their Zoom classes together. So as the semester came to a close, the teens decided to surprise their teacher with a heartfelt thank-you “for being such a warm, bright, and happy person” through it all.
