Mom Leaves Room While Phone Is Recording & Captures Toddler Doing Cutest Little Dance

Toddlers say—and do—the darndest things, especially this little girl, who hijacked her mom’s phone to record a dance video.

Kids are free-spirits and masters of creativity, and they have a unique way of entertaining themselves in the simplest situations. A mom named Vanessa learned that about her daughter when she put her phone on record and then left the room for a few minutes.

In a TikTok video, Vanessa explained that she left her phone “open to record” while her little girl was playing in an empty room. After she walked away, the toddler, who looked to be younger than two, grabbed the phone and situated it to overlook a dancefloor. Then, she showed off her best moves.

The tiny tot moved her arms and spun in circles with the most serious look on her face. When Vanessa walked back mid-groove, she couldn’t help but laugh and smile over the toddler’s adorable dance performance. Nearly 58 million people have viewed the video and smiled along with her, which means the toddler is a bonified star.

“She didn’t miss a single beat,” a follower cheered.

“Anyone else start vibing with her?” another asked.

“Why’s she a better dancer than me 😭😭😭🤣🤣🤣 hit every beat,” laughed a commenter.

The London native captured the viral moment in February of 2021, and it is still getting love today. So the proud mom did a follow-up video over the summer that shows her then toddler looking all grown up showing off the same dance moves in the same bedroom.
