In their clip, the animal shelter demonstrated just how affectionate this sweet cat really is. When a staff member opened the door to Ravi’s cage, this precious kitty climbed right into her arms. He then proceeded to cuddle with the human as if he couldn’t get enough love. Ravi even rubbed his fuzzy little face against the woman’s and received some kisses in return!
“This cuddly 8-year-old boy wants a family that will love him unconditionally,” wrote the shelter in the caption of their video.
Internet users were very upset to hear that this cat had been surrendered.
Over eight million people have watched this clip on social media. Commenters were outraged that anyone would give up such an adorable cat just because he was especially affectionate.
“An affectionate cat is a gift not a problem,” wrote one person.
