Man Hits Proposal Out Of The Park With Help From Fireworks At A Yankees Game.

When attending any kind of live sporting event, there’s the hope that you’ll witness something unforgettable. In the case of Ray Garfield and his now fiancé, they actually played a part in creating one of those moments. While the two of them enjoyed an evening of rooting for the Yankees, Ray had a surprise up his jersey sleeve. When the moment was right, he planned on proposing to his girlfriend.

Luckily, the stars, or should we say fireworks, aligned perfectly for this adorable couple. At some point during the game, a whole show of fireworks burst into the air, filling the sky with the most gorgeous colors. It was in that moment that Ray knew he had to take the leap – and it paid off! As soon as she saw Ray on one knee with a ring in one hand, she began to cry.

“Thanks for the assist Yankees!” Ray said when he shared a video of the moment on Twitter. “Everyone’s saying the fireworks look like they were meant for the scenario!”
