My dog Gypsy is anything but an alarm clock. The days I sleep in are few and far between, but not once has she tried to wake me up before my eyes open on their own. And thank goodness because I love my sleep. But it is apparent, after watching this video, that other owners are not so lucky.
Usually, when a dog wants to wake its human up it’s an insistent, LET’S GOOOO. After a long night of sleeping, who can blame them for anting to be active when the sun begins to rise. The cute pup in the video below was definitely anxious to get outside, and we cannot get enough of her “patient” means of waking up her human.
The pup in question, named Grey, is a two year old pit bull mix that seems like the most patient dog in the world. Every morning she starts her day sitting by the side of her owner’s bed and making a few soft “meowing” sounds.
“She has this habit of meowing for attention in the morning,”her owner explained on Youtube.
After telling Grey it was too early and to go back to bed, the pup shuffled off to sleep for a little bit longer. Grey came and went back to bed two more times before her owner finally crawled out of bed.
The best part is that Grey has her very own doggy door to relieve herself… she just loves the affection of her human.
