Some people think we all have a lookalike somewhere in the world. After learning about this story, we’re starting to think that, too!
A little boy named Carter was shopping with his mom in a Walmart in Missouri when he spotted a familiar face on one of the store’s posters. The poster featured a little boy with a mop of red curls, just like Carter’s own hair. Carter was so convinced that the picture was of him that he refused to believe his mom when she said it was someone else.
A video of their cute encounter went viral, and “Inside Edition” arranged for the boys to meet over video chat. It turns out, both boys not only look identical, but their names are both Carter!
“I could not even believe it,” said Carter’s mom, when she discovered the kid in the poster was also named Carter.
And the similarities didn’t end there!
