Sometimes it seems like children get even more excited about having a newborn join their family than their parents do. A TikTok user named Erin recently shared an adorable example of this, and it has everyone saying a collective, “Awwwww.”
In a short clip, we see that Erin’s son has been given the task of burping his new sister after a meal. The infant is tiny, so her brother holds her safely against his chest and thumps her gently on the back. You can tell from his furrowed brow that he’s concentrating hard on his mission, but every so often, he has to stop just to snuggle her!
“Sometimes I don’t want to burp her, I just want to hold her,” he admits, giving her a squeeze.
