Kirstin Kapp of Douglas, Wyoming, was beside herself when she found out her dog Liddie went missing the weekend before Thanksgiving.
A friend had been watching the pup at his home in Casper when Liddie took off during a potty break outside. She was nowhere to be found, and having disappeared an hour away from home, it wasn’t likely that she would find her way back to her mom.
Kirstin spent the next 21 days doing everything she could to bring her beloved companion home. She shared her story on Facebook, called police departments and shelters, and even put an ad in the newspaper.
Then, shortly after she offered a reward, someone who had discovered Liddie came forward – and the two of them were finally reunited! We don’t know who was happier about it!
It fills our hearts with joy to know Liddie is safe and sound with her mom!
