Glorious! Pure glorious-ness! We are so happy someone caught this moment on camera.
During the intermission of a 2013 Rascal Flatts concert in Pikeville, Kentucky, a little boy stepped out of the audience and into the spotlight. In an instant, he grabbed everyone’s attention with his incredible moves, his contagious attitude, and the fact that he truly was dancing as if no one were watching. He even began to encourage others to join him!
Here’s our takeaway (and it’s a simple one): Be. Like. This. Kid. Why do we say that? Because he is just being himself. He’s not worrying about what other people think about him… he is just loving and living his life.
To add to this, author Ralph Waldo Emerson once said, “To be yourself in a world that is constantly trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment.” We love this quote, and this little boy is the perfect real-life example! What a precious (and hilarious) reminder.
Watch this little boy’s impromptu performance below, and don’t forget to share to spread a smile and song today!
