Kenny Chesney Makes Massive Donations

Before his performance at Gilette Stadium last month, Kenny Chesney decided to make a wonderful donation. PEOPLE said that the star wanted to give back to the state of Massachusetts. He chose to do that by making massive donations across the state.

The sum of all of his donations was more than one million dollars—talk about making a difference! Kenny Chesney’s donations focused on “offering music programs to young people and assisting animals in need.” He also gave to, “Boston Medical Center, Foxborough Police Department, and Foxborough Fire Department.”

An outlet claimed that the singer donated $100,000 each to the police and fire departments. A spokesperson for Chesney spoke very highly of Kenny. They said, “As someone who likes to quietly give back, to enrich others’ lives, this is his way of spreading the love and saying thank you for everything that’s made all these stadium shows so special.”

The Community Is Thankful

The CEO of Music & Youth was ecstatic with Kenny Chesney’s donation. He claimed to have always been a fan and found the donation to be “a very nice surprise.” The Worcester Animal Rescue League was also thrilled with the donation they received. They claimed it would assist them greatly and that they would “use this money to help get our animals healthy.”

The positive effects of Kenny Chesney’s donations were felt across all of the organizations that he contributed to. It was a great blessing to them all and just another reason why this star has so many supporters.
