Since her “Idol” days, Clarkson has been known for nailing covers of popular hits from a variety of artists, including Mariah Carey, Aretha Franklin, and Kenny Rogers.
In fact, these performances have become a segment on her talk show! In one edition of “Kellyoke,” she took on quite the challenge – and knocked it out of the park!
At home on her Montana ranch, Clarkson recorded herself belting out Madonna’s “Like A Prayer” with her bandmates joining in remotely. Not only did their music video perfectly capture the style and mood of an ’80s power ballad, but Clarkson’s uplifting performance also proved once again that she can truly sing anything!
